First of all, I would like to
sincerely thank you for stopping by Select Archery and Outdoor
Supply. My name is Jim Rumps and I started Select Archery in
March 2002 with one main goal: to serve the needs of archery
and outdoor enthusiasts to the best of my ability and at the lowest
price possible. I founded Select Archery and Outdoor Supply as
a result of having a hard time finding the best equipment at prices
that I could afford. As a full time high school teacher, I
found that I could not afford much of what was being offered in
local pro shops and many of the so-called big online discount
stores. To solve this problem, I decided to do what I always
tell my students to do: "live your dreams and take action."
This resulted in a web-based, small store in
2002.
In
December of 2009, the dream took
a step further with Randy
Workman and Brian Kirby coming
on board to help open our new
6,000 square foot location at
the Crossroads Center.
January of 2010 brought Eric
Jenkins on board and our team
was complete. We strive to
bring customer service back to
Bloomington-Normal, Il through
our store and the world through

Excellent Shipping -
We ship
all items United States Postal Service 2 Day Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation for products that are in stock at our store. The target delivery time is 2-3 days for
most of the United States for items that are in stock. If we
don't have an item in stock at the store, it can be filled from one
of our two nation-wide distributors or many of our factory
suppliers. They ship via USPS or UPS as per their policy. See payment options
below for special information that may affect shipping times.
Excellent Payment Options -
You can pay online via Visa, Mastercard, online check drafting, or
money order - all through a secure server. Special note:
In order to offer you the most security, all credit card payments
are held for three days to ensure proper billing and proper usage of
card. This is a stipulation set forth by the credit card
processing company that we use.
