I do have to admit that this is the bow that got
me very, very interested in bowfishing. The blue camo,
stainless steel parts and 0% let-off feature make this a very
nice bow. Add to that the draw weight and draw length
adjustments with minimal effort and this bow will seriously hook
you on bowfishing.
Sullivan Industries Inc., maker of the
popular Innerloc ® broadhead product line continues its
expansion into the growing bowfishing market with the
announcement of its new Hydro-Strike™ bowfishing bow. The new
bow, recognized as one of the “Best Bows of 2008” by Petersen’s
Bowhunting Magazine, is a collaborative effort by Kevin Sullivan
of Sullivan Industries and Jon McMurray of Pearson Archery and
represents many months of hard work to fulfill the unique needs
of bowfishing enthusiasts.
Hydro-Strike is built around innovative new
“Rapid Fire Fish Cams™”, and the 36-inch axle to axle, parallel
split-limb bow is 100% bowfishing. The bow offers two shooting
modes; no let-off or 75% let-off. Set up for no let-off
shooting, the dual cam bow optimizes accuracy at any draw length
for fast-action snap shooting. In the 75% let-off mode the Rapid
Fire Cam is designed for exceptionally smooth “break-over”,
assuring quick aiming and less fatigue during extended trips.
All shooting modes and draw lengths are quickly adjusted by
rotating the cam modules, no bow press is needed. Hydro-Strike™
also features aluminum, CNC machined, single arrow Quiver Stands
and matching Line Pull. The riser offers a huge sight window
with a machined dove-tail on the front to accept Innerloc’s
custom heavy duty Pin Sight. Premium strings and cables are
pre-stretched and made from Xcel ™ fibers, for durability and
consistency in tough bowfishing environments.
The bow has a “finger friendly” 7 1/8-inch
brace height, 15 pounds of draw weight adjustment (40 to 55
pounds), 21 to 30 inch draw length adjustment and is assembled
using all stainless steel hardware.
Available in right or left hand with blue camo pattern.
