Kevin Polish stopped by the shop the other day with a case full of Vital sights. I immediately asked him if Vital could produce the one thing that seems to be hard for many sight companies - a sight with the pins that actually line up with very little, if any, variance. I hate having a great 20 and 30 yard pin, then a 40 that hits to the right and a 50 that hits to the left since pins don't line up right. He pulled out the Vital Pin Head and said that this would solve the problem. I skeptically took it for a viewing. Wow is all I can say!!! I tried to buy the sample right off of him...several times. It's the multi-pin sight that will be on my 3D and hunting setup. The Vital Pin Head sight is available with the brightest .010" pins that I have seen. Many .010" pin sights need a light to get good pin brightness, but this one was freakishly bright.

As I went to the ATA show, I was expecting good things from Vital Bow Gear. I have used their sights for hunting and have been very, very impressed. Well, they took their sights to the next level with the new angular pins. When you concentrate on the pin, it actually appears that the pin housing disappears and all you can see is the pin. It's very remarkable. Add the patented glow in the dark green pins and you have sights that are very hard to beat. Here's an example of the angular pin:
